Subject: @@author returns the user ID
When using @@author in the email template, this is replaced by the User ID.
For example: 1

Expected is the Username.

You can change
  1. $post_author = stripslashes($post->post_author);
to
  1. $post_author = get_userdata($post->post_author);
  2. $post_author = $post_author->display_name;
in the post_notification.php or wait for the 1.1.7. I'll release that in the next days.
