Subject: Bugs caused by PHP short tags
Hello,

Thank you for the excellent plugin.  There are a few places where PHP "short tags" are used instead of full PHP tags.  This breaks some features on HTTP servers where PHP short tags are disabled.

<? // short tag works under PHP default settings, but not if "short_tags" are disabled ?>
<?php // to be safe, full tags like this should be used everywhere ?>

The place where I ran into this problem is on the WordPress "edit post" page, where the Post Notification "Resend" is always selected by default, instead of "No" which is supposed to be the default.

You're right. I already removed some of them, but I didn't look hard enough. Should be fixed in the next release.
