Hi there!
First of all, thanks for the grat plugin!

I've a suggestion to make:

- How about have the possibility to group all the posts of the subscribed categories in one email and send it once a week?
Just like a newsletter.
It's a great option for those who have several posts each day and prevents the massive emailing for thousands of users.

This is an often requested feature. Till now I just didn't find the time to do so. Although it sounds quite simple there are quite a few small details that cause some trouble. It starts with stuff like: When to send the mail and ends with things like: Should there be only one template or several (Email / Posting) or should I start supporting some similar solution to wordpress......
